VIDEO PROPOSAL

INTRO

This proposal is for the creation of two videos to use to promote awareness of NHS Stockport Clinical Commissioning Group’s services and to act as a recruitment tool.

We are aiming to create something that will answer questions that people may have before they have to ask them and that will deliver information in a friendly and understandable way.

One of our manufacturing clients, Vienna based Paper Republic saw an increase in sales based on interviews with prominent users of their products. These videos didn’t even need to be overtly about the product, but the story that they told helped customers to believe in the what the company was creating.

AX provide an insurance based curtesy car service along with other complex B2B services that were difficult to quickly explain before they started to use video in the process.

We helped them create videos that talk to other businesses and directly to customers, answering FAQ in a friendly and personal way

 

VIDEO IS KEY

Don’t just take out word for it, our client Six & Flow, a Manchester based marketing company, are huge advocates for the humanising effects of video.

Not only do they use video throughout their own business, they are promoting the benefits of it to their own clients.

 

THREE OPTIONS FOR PRODUCTION VALUE

Option One

Two to three shooting days on location, with director/camera operator, production assistant and audio technician. We will capture interview setups for both videos as well as atmospheric cutaways.

Option Two

As Option One but with three shooting days, plus an experienced copy writer working with us to script the videos. Captioning on the videos to aid accessibility.

Option Three

As Option Two, plus enhanced graphics for the videos including custom animation for logos and existing branding elements. Aerial footage to enhance the production quality.

OUR QUOTES ARE ONE PRICE

The proposals we create are one price. That way there is no surprises or randomly increased costs. Everything from shooting, through to editing, music and usage rights are included.

THE PROCESS

Pre Production - This covers planning, storyboarding and scripting. This is also when location scouting will be done. Other things that are accomplished in planning are model releases for anyone who will be on camera. You mentioned advice on shooting with/around the public, this is where we can work out any issues like that.

Production - This is where what was planned in pre production will be put into effect. On screen ‘talent’ will need to be available, locations will need to be clear and accessible.

Post production - This process requires little involvement from you. Your involvement will come in once we have previews for the videos and if any amendments are needed.

Delivery - You will receive all your files (see ‘Final Deliverable’ below)

AFTER CARE

We are here for you even once a project is complete. Things may change over the life of the video, if information changes we will do our best to edit out sections that become redundant or change contact information graphics to keep things up to date

WE NEED YOUR COOPERATION

In order to successfully complete a project like this, we need the cooperation and collaboration of your staff on the shoot days. We have experiences with working around programming, but it's great to view this as a team effort.

The next step would be to discuss any questions you may have. From there, if we feel this would be a great fit, then we would draft a contract and proceed from there.

FINAL DELIVERABLES

  • The final deliverable of this project will be two videos around 2-3 minutes in length.

  • The file will be available in HD formats and delivered digitally.

  • Thumbnail options for each video.
